  • Second Chef Position

    We are looking for a second chef to strengthen our kitchen team alongside head chef Tony. Applicants must be passionate about producing high quality fresh food from scratch, using fresh local produce and be motivated and able to work to a high level in a busy kitchen with a small team.

    We are dedicated to producing pub food that exceeds customers expectations and becoming a destination dining experience. We are looking for someone with flair and ideas to help us continue to develop our food operation.

  • The Package

    · Hourly pay: £16–£20. Minimum 40 hours/week. Salary option available.
    · Share of tips.
    · Five-day week. Closed for food Mondays and Tuesdays.
    · Meals served five evenings; lunches only on Sundays — mostly straight shifts.
    · Use fresh local ingredients to create high-quality dishes.
    · Help develop dishes and menus and learn new skills and techniques.
    · Friendly, experienced, motivated team and good work environment.
    · Accommodation available.
    · Seasonal (March–end October) or full-time.
    · Winter closed at least one month (Jan/Feb).
    · Closed for food on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
